
I don't know about the others telecommunication but I want to complain a little about Digi's services.
There were an IT Fair which held on last two weeks at MidValley. Stupid Chicken kept on asking me to go with him as he really want to get a new phone for himself. I was thinking that this was a very good chance to seek information about the packages which provided by DIGI since their plans are quite attract me.
We headed to the Digi's booth and ask for few models. At last, We're so surprise to see the whiteberry Bold 3 BB as it is really hard to find a white color bb from the other places, so straight away we decided to purchase it. Stupid Chicken was so excited and he can't wait to have fun with it.
And then DIGI spoiled our super good mood when we're get ready to pay the money at the counter. One of the staff said: "You both can't purchase the phone by today due to the system are temporary down."
"Then what should I do? "I replied.
Okay, The first mistake they've made are they don't even say a sorry to us and just letting us to wait at the counter until the last minute. They think that " This is not our problem " and nothing to do with them.
Okay, fine. They asked us to go and collect the phone at Leisure Mall by the next day. They told us they will reserve the phone for us as the staff said he work In Leisure Mall too. They din't ask us to pay for the deposit nor write down our contact number or name from us. They just telling us that "they will" reserve the phone for us and we just need to collect it at the Leisure Mall.
The next day, I was rush to go to the Leisure Mall at 9pm after I sent my mum to Qiant to bought CNY stuff. I though I was late and really hope that they could not close their store, by the time I saw their store still lighting while I'm at the escalator. I'm feel like flying when I saw their store still open for the customer. I run to them and said :" Yesterday I have already reserved a whiteberry bold 3 from Mid Valley Exhibition's Digi Booth. They asked me to come and collect the phone at here." I can't see the staff who work on MidValley's that day.
What I'm gonna to tell you is , they're total 4 of them, and all of them act like so innocent and thinking that I'm cheating on them like no such thing. They answered : " No one have have inform us about this, somemore Miss, If you want to purchase any plans from Digi, You still have to come on Tomorrow due to the system will close at 9.00pm! "
My temperature was getting hot and hot! I actually don't care whether the phone is available now or they never reserve it for me , could you guys please answer me In a polite way? Maybe you think that there's lot of people out there wish to sign up any plans with DIGI and you're not lack of any customer then you may just continue with your fcuking service to all the customer. I just want to get a good and worth customer service from you. I don't think customer deserve this kind of services.
I have been ask to come on the next day from the First day, when I came, you asked me to come on the next next day , again. Do you think that I have such much time just to make a deal with you?
Their second mistake ; At first they told us and promised us to reserved the phone for us but at last this is end with the sentences " No one inform us about this ". They never try to find out anything about this or call and ask the staff (which he said he reserved the phone for me and work at there as well).They even never give me some help on it. The way how they answer me are not very pleasant response and not patience at all.

I went back to the Leisure Mall after I get my phone at the third day due to I can't switch the language input to Chinese . But It only happened on the 2nd day after I get my phone, It mean I can switch the language input to Chinese on the first day but I can't do it again on the next day. I've try many solution to solve it for example , pull the battery out and restart it but still can't see the Chinese input in the "Language and text input " options ; I've download the Desktop manager from blackberry website but I failed to add the east Asian language pack to my bb .
I just wonder how can I deleted all the language input in a sudden? So , Let's tell me how genius am I :P
This time went there with Stupid chicken and darl. They told us they never do installation work but the Digi Center from Cheras's Qiant will do the job. I'm feeling in vain for going there. I supposed to call them earlier and ask them where to install the chinese input into my phone.
I have no choice after all, I need to go to the Cheras's Qiant on the next day again.
The staff from Cheras's Digi Center even worst than the past two places.
I ask one of the staff to help me to install the Chinese input into my phone as it was told by Digi's Leisure Mall staff here do provide the service.
" We never help people install one loh . " This is what the staff exactly answered me.
"You have to go to the Time Square for solving this problem."
"We were told by the staff from Leisure Mall that you guys do provide the service. So what now? We have to run to the other place again?"
And then B staff was sitting right there watch at us and said:" You supposed to choose the languages you want once you start using the bb." Her tone was very rude.
"Of cause I knew it, by the way now the problem is I can't switch it and find my Chinese Input at all after I get my phone on the second day ."
She then shut her mouth and said : " Hmmp, I also not really clear about BB and I'll find a staff who are the user of blackberry come and talk to you."
You guess what, we waited for almost 15 minute we still can't get the services from "The Blackberry user's Staff " .
I can't stand It anymore and Stupid Chicken has fed up with them. We just left the place with our disappointed and anger.
Why are the staff I've met from Digi are reluctant to serve their customer? It is what we deserve for it?
Hopefully Digi can provide some training program for their staff which included " How to serve customer with you sincerely heart ". In additional please improve your customer service and the way how you serve customer , I don't think anyone of it can bear to bring the disappointment home by you.
Anyway, I'm still willing to stay with Digi as you're still the only one telco who I love with it.
